For the uninitiated, Ultimate Frisbee (or just Ultimate) is the world's fastest growing team sport and has been making giant strides in India. If you are looking to play a competitive sport and have a lot of fun at the same time, Ultimate is for you!

The Hyderabad Ultimate Frisbee Club was started with the aim of introducing and popularising the sport of Ultimate in Hyderabad.

We organise practice sessions and pickup games every week and welcome people of all ages, genders and levels of experience. We are also committed to building a strong sense of community and take good care of each of our players, as you'll soon find out!

At this session, we'll start by warming up, learn to throw the disc, do some drills and finish by playing a game.
